Murray Mackenzie

The President and Council of the Fiji Institute of Accountants regretfully advise that our Acting Executive Director George Murray Mackenzie passed away peacefully at 4PM Thursday 30/08/18 at the CWM Hospital.
Murray’s dedication and contributions to the FIA was of the highest standards. He always had the Institute’s interest foremost. Murray joined the FIA in October 1997 as the Executive Director, then became a consultant in February 2016 and was the Acting Executive Director from September 2017.
The FIA family extends their sincere condolences to Tessa, Robert, Christopher and the Mackenzie family.
Murray’s funeral will be held at the Holy Trinity Anglican Cathedral, Suva at 10AM on Tuesday 04 September 2018 followed by cremation at the Dignified Cremations Complex, Nasinu. The funeral notice is published in today’s Fiji Times.
All condolence messages received have been/will be forwarded to Tessa and her family.
